I thought the cars would belong to Car App's company. Sometimes the drivers arrive late. When it says 8 minutes, it's in reality 30 minutes. Sometimes the cars are old, the drivers have old phones without phone holders. I think Car App should impose norms to be respected concerning equipment standards. The whole thing is just a sort of carpooling. Nothing amazing. And I didn't feel safe nor comfortable. The drivers kept asking for the precise direction, and this was tiring and annoying.
