★★☆☆☆ Subscription problems-No support. I lost my ability to see my premium purchase on my app when I logged off. Logged back on and app is saying I have to buy again. My subscription is up May 12, 2025 yet no response about 4 weeks of trying to reach apps support team. This is not good for me or anyone thinking of buying this app.

★★☆☆☆ So many issues reported supporting with useless assistance. Lost sync with Fitbit. Aspire says Fitbit. Fitbit says Aspire. Emma says an update first part of 2025 will hopefully fix. Nope. Neither Emma nor Support are responding to current inquiries. When I create a recipe and try to edit, I lose the serving size, plus it won't open again for additional editing. Newly created foods disappear from database. All reported to support. They say can't recreate, so pretty much too bad. Prem. Subscriber.

★★☆☆☆ Would be quite good if it had english items on there too. First item - wasn't on there. The second item - wasn't on there. Gave up and deleted app.
