I am unable to log in to my account on my other phone. Even though my SIM card is fully active and working fine, the system will not let me access my account. On top of that, it requires me to have mobile load to text for a verification code instead of just sending it to me. Please fix these multi-device login issues and improve the verification process.

Update still suck! Same problem the log in system is too damn complicated! Kaka update ko lang ng app hoping it can be user-friendly but still no, after ko mag account recovery same prompt nalabas "Other client has already activated to this device". 2026 na po wala pa rin pag babago sa system? And yet pag ipinilit mo mag log in kahit tama naman ang user and pw once 3 attempts kana, you'll be BLOCKED! COME ON! FIX THIS NAMAN make it user-friendly naman specially for the seniors na gumagamit
