Hello, I need help with a transaction issue on my account. On 2026/03/22, I successfully sold a gift card and my account was credited with +52,750. Shortly after, the same amount (-52,750) was removed with a “balance change” status, leaving my total balance at 0. The transaction shows as “succeed,” so I don’t understand why the funds were reversed. I was expecting to receive and keep this payment.
