★★☆☆☆ I need this app sadly but they keep charging me multiple times a month. I'm now at 11 times they have charged me extra and they will not resolve it. I have reached out multiple times, unsubcribed like they told me, unlinked PayPal auto pay, and emailed about 8 times. So I'm just going to have to cancel and find a new camera and app. I do not recommend them unless you want to be charged 2-4 times a month.

★★☆☆☆ The cameras work ok but now I have an ad for the expired cloud service which blocks the view of one of the cameras. I guess they think I will subscribe in order to see my third camera. They are wrong!!! I just noticed the same bad feature as the others have seen recently. The monitoring stops after 15-20 minutes. What good is a baby monitor that stops monitoring that soon ???? False advertising. Edit: 3/23/2020 Great, now the app no longer has a playback capability. Guess they want to restrict its use to a real-time monitor only. OK so I decided to subscribe and after paying with Paypal, it still shows no cloud storage. What a ripoff. I tried to cancel on the Care Home page but that does nothing. Now I will have to use the Paypal site to cancel it. Garbage!!!! Wish I could report this to an attorney general.

★★☆☆☆ Can't connect my IP cam to this app. Adding camera via QR code doesn't work. When I reach the step where I scan the code and it tries to connect to Wifi, the prompt says "Can't connect to Wifi", even though the network tests say otherwise. What a stupid app! Need attention from devs.
