I love the app. Sometimes my shifts might not show up on my phone, but they are always on the cdwa app log on to my computer when I check the laptop they are waiting for me to hit submit, and I like knowing that they can see I am always where I need to be and being paid for the time I'm with my client.

I got a new phone, and now I can't log in. Tells me to contact help, but who is that. ALSO, when I ask for a code to be sent, so I can update, I never get the code. WHAT'S GOING ON????

Like the other app where I can enter my hours, I'm only aloted so many hours a month, and sometimes I forgot to clock out. Don't like the app. I do a lot for my client and its tracking is when she goes to appointments or run errands feels invading my clients' privacy.
