At first, this app has not been easy to learn and use. However, as of lately, CDWA has been troubleshooting issues found when using the app. The user interface improvements, have been noticeable!

I love the app. Sometimes my shifts might not show up on my phone, but they are always on the cdwa app log on to my computer when I check the laptop they are waiting for me to hit submit, and I like knowing that they can see I am always where I need to be and being paid for the time I'm with my client.

I got a new phone, and now I can't log in. Tells me to contact help, but who is that. ALSO, when I ask for a code to be sent, so I can update, I never get the code. WHAT'S GOING ON????

When I log into the app it says no members found. Check your internet connection. I have internet connection. Not my fault! Says to call my organization. Who is that??? I'm not happy with this app at all, and it's the only way to clock in and out to get paid.
