Terrible. I was trying to see if a nutritional supplement that was covered under my state insurance was covered now under my UnitedHealth Advantage since my state insurance expired. She kept taking me to places in the app that I could go shopping to by them in the drug stores instead of telling me if they were covered. I kept telling her they were prescribed. She hung up.

All the prescription that I'm on were higher than using my insurance and I don't get a discount on my medical until I meet my deductible. But good at all

This card sux it does not provide me with participating providers (as it states in the letter they sent me) all it has is to look up medications discounts which I don't need at all being my meds are free, a coupon area and a FAQs which I can answer all the dumb questions there. I'm now going to delete the unnecessary app.
