You are the best in general ... But there's one point, when the captain not come to the location and don't answer, why the client is the one who bears the cost?

They missed up with my order and told me my card doesn't work while they already charged me, then they suspended my account and asked me to send card through email which was very unprofessional and suspicious.

After spending thousands of Durhams over the last couple of years, horrible customer service, robotic, not listening to the issue, just gives you a refund thinking that we are begging! Canceled my subscription of careem plus after the last 3 interactions with cs, too big to care about one customer!! The market has so many alternatives. And probably this coming response is from a bot 👇 and will ask to contact the same team that couldn't help me! Lol

1. Users get penalties to pay if captains continue to cancel orders and user finally needs to get to place in time, so user have to cancel AFTER captains rejections. Users WILL pay for not waiting Careem forever. 2. No telephone for customer support. 3. If you have unfair outstanding (like #1) the app service will be suspended until u pay it via your card 4. Can cause huge time waste.
