CareLog: BP & Heart Rate

CareLog is a health log for keeping heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, step, and water intake records in one place. A home overview, history lists, charts, and reports help build a consistent daily logging routine.

❤️ Heart Rate Estimation
Place a fingertip over the rear camera and flash to get a heart rate estimate for reference. Each result is shown for review before it is saved. Heart rate entries can also be added or edited manually, with BPM, state, gender, age, tags, and time.

📝 Blood Pressure & Blood Sugar Log
Log systolic and diastolic readings taken with an external certified device. Each entry is placed in a reference range category and summarized in a report. Blood sugar readings can be logged in either mg/dL or mmol/L.

⚖️ BMI
Enter height and weight to calculate BMI, then review past results and reports over time.

👣 Steps
With permission, this app reads step counts from system health data and shows today's total and the last 7 days, along with estimated distance, calories, and active time.

💧 Water Intake
Log each drink, set a daily goal, choose cup sizes, and schedule reminders.

📊 History, Charts & Reports
The Tracker section lists records by type, where entries can be added or edited. Charts show how logged values change over time. Reports include general wellness tips matched to logged values, age, gender, and state; these tips are for information only.
