It's up to your facility how much information they put into it. Ours only uses it for the calendar and attendance records. The former is very useful. It helps me decide when to visit my dad. Inconveniences: you have to log in every time you use the app even though there's no sensitive data in it; you cannot save a location, even though there's a menu choice to show preferred locations; there's no help of any kind.

I created an account, made a password and was able to see what mom had been doing and comments. Tried to log in the next day, it said invalid credentials. It asks for username or email, I entered my email. I've reset my password a dozen times, nothing. It won't let me start the process over, and my email address hasn't changed. No customer service. Thanks for nothing but aggravation. If I could give this app a negative rating. I would.

Very buggy. When I open on phone I can't see the letters that I put in therefore I can't get into the app. I downloaded on my tablet, and it won't even open up. This app is terrible.

Doesn't open after receiving notifications. Still too many bugs.

Horrible App. I downloaded yesterday. It won't even let me open it today. I messaged a question and have not received a reply. I will delete the app and just bug the h%$# out of the facility on updates about my loved ones. I don't have time for apps that don't work like they are supposed to.
