Care monitor is a great app for tracking health data, and it's easy to use. My only feedback so far is I'd like to have a Notes section included, so I can make a note on a change for my gp. For example, a specialist might change a medication, and it might impact a reading (e.g. BP). Being able to make that note or a note of something else occurring would enhance the raw data in my opinion.

Quite a long time for loading to happen, dob entry can be simpler and initial loading can be faster as well as the wheel could be a lot more proportionate (looks like it was midsized). Yet to use this app to help, but looks like a good step in the right direction
