Cannot access site to pre-register for an appointment. Ask for pin #- never put in a pin #. Ask for account #- do not have one, etc. Accepts my password reset and then says it cannot access my info!!

Really good idea! However, when I signed in it thought I had diabetes and there was no way to stop blood sugar surveys. Then, when I tried to sign in with poor network connection in the hospital, it signed me out. I've been unable to sign back in, but I still get push notifications that the doctor has messages for me (it says I don't have an account). Very frustrating, and I feel like I'm missing essential medical messages: dangerous and frustrating.
