Day 2 since the Care Window device arrived, and I just got off a call from my mum. She lives independently but has sight issues. In under 3 minutes, we had her queued into her favorite channel. SHE RANG ME. SHE RANG OFF SMILING. It sounds small. But this is like a miracle. The remote and mobile phone controls were too difficult to see to operate. It used to take 25-30 mins and tears of frustration to achieve this. But she just plonked it on her lap facing TV and showed me her remote. 10/10!

This app is fantastic. Its is used with our Mums Konnekt video phone and allows us to ring her with video. This as meant a big change in her social interaction with us. Thank you to both konnekt and care window for this collaboration.

Recently I have had problems connecting. I call my mum via the app on my phone, but it doesn't ring on the other end. I updated the app from my end, and it seemed ok for a few days but now not connecting again. She tried calling me via the device and same thing. My phone registered a missed call from her but didn't actually ring. Could you please look into this and fix these glitches?

Implement fails hard. It is a brilliant idea, but the app doesn't have an intuitive interface. I have discovered that the app silent fails if you have ad blocking software such as Pi-Hole running. I eagerly await an updated app.
