Amy Erickson is the person who introduced me to Caribou Coffee all those years ago & it's still my favorite place for coffee! It's truly my favorite place, for coffee and other drinks as well!! Amy started me on the Coffee Cooler, because I had just come from working out!! I needed a pick me up, to get me through the day, time was 8 am & had to be to work at 8:30 am!! Worked every time!! Thank you, Amy, you were always the best Coffee Barista!!!

The Strawberry Pineapple with Lemonade Energy drink is rosewood good. I get one just about every day. Anand the Team Members are so friendly and so accommodating with any changes you need to make with your drink. Especially Milo. Love love love Caribou!!

I started tipping these people generously in hopes that I could at least get my drink as it is displayed on the label when I get it, today I ordered a turtle mocha and had to add all the chocolate pieces myself after asking about why they weren't in there they just dumped a bunch of chocolate in a cup and said here you go. I dumped it in as they said and ended up making my coffee taste horrible, already feeling anxiety from asking the first time why it wasn't correct I just gave up.

Don't do the trivia question if you want to use your free drink rewards, realized I had one but couldn't add it because I only had one drink, and they won't allow you to take off the 10 cent discount, so you have to only use one, which means you're stuck with the 10 cents. Guess I have to check beforehand and refrain from doing the trivia if I want to use my rewards how I want. Edit: now one star. Upped their rewards, so now it's 200 instead of 175 after they upped it from 150. Greedy company

Twice I have ordered a hot drink, and both times I got it as a cooler. I double-checked both times that I clicked on hot, but both times it was cold. I will not be using this app anymore, if it changes my order to whatever it deems worthy. The drink was good, but not what I wanted 😕.
