I'm not sure why others are having issues connecting the app to their Carle, mine connected right away. Def user error or incompatible phone. Open app, turn on robot, let the app turn on your Bluetooth, (it will ask) and it will find the Robot immediately. Once you see the device found on the screen, you have to click the device to actually connect it. It's only recognizing the robot as found NOT automatically connecting it for you. Great app and great toy. The gyro control is wild.

Carle seems to have a falling over problem when completing a walking maneuver. Could be a problem caused by over extension of his legs by previous owner, not sure yet. I'm working the problem.

App does not work on samsung tablet or note 8 . It won't connect, so we can use phone and tablet as a remote also can't play music and control the robot which kinda sucks... deff needs some upgrades the idea is nice but highly overpriced ... main reason I bought was because he could connect to the phone or tablet . Will prob return . Bought from amazon

Robot Doesn't stay on long enough to do anything. You push the button to turn it on, and it takes 5 seconds to boot up and then 5 seconds after that the robot shuts down. Terrible gift.
