I bought this tracker after first buying radius tracker which was rubbish. This tracker from carlock does exactly what I want with peace of mind I can leave my vehicle all week while I'm away at work, the alarm on the system when tampered or engine started is dealing which I need when I'm asleep in my truck miles away. I totally recommend this product

Poor software, it doesn't react to vibration even the device is shaken, and I can see the lights react immediately when you move it, but no notification. I have still 97 sms, but there's no action from the software. In contrast, as soon the device is disconnected it warns you, but that's all. Also, the incorporated battery can't hold more tha 5 mins if device is disconnected.

It's a money GRAB I PURCHASE THIS THING COST ME 125.00 NOW I GOT TO BE ON A MONTHLY PLAN EVERY MONTH. I ALREADY PAID 125.00 WITH MY OWN MONEY, AFTER THAT YOU GET A BIG RUSH OF EMAIL BOTHERING YOU ABOUT WHAT YOU AND FEEDBACKS ETC. THEN A EMAIL STATING IT WILL DEACTIVATE THAN ANOTHER EMAIL ABOUT YOU WILL NEED A NEW SIM CARD AND NO PRICE FOR THAT. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ITEM AT ALL !!! THESE PEOPLE ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND AGGRAVATING I PAID 125.00 AND TRASHED IT AND SEND ALL MESSAGES TO SPAM

Horrible, literally ruined car alarms for me. The thing never picked up my GPS location, the sensor I bought you literally had to shake it to make it go off. Also, the plug drained my battery and made it hard for my car to start. If it was possible to give this product 0 stars I would. And after a month you have to pay monthly fees.
