The worst online laundry ever. Collected on Friday for returning on Sunday morning. Never happened! No answer to calls or messages. 3 days without jackets!

Neither time did they warn us it would be late, and rather than reschedule a delivery slot that suited us, they would just randomly show up and try to deliver it when nobody was in. Have spent most of the last week in-app messaging, calling and emailing trying to work out where my laundry is. Won't be using again.
