Doesn't work well on android 16, lots of connection problems and freezing. Beware, if you make a change in the app cancelling the play store substitution doesn't stop them taking a renewal, and they will not refund or allow you to change the car brand. Costing nearly £100 for an app I can't use. Support is nonexistent. Save yourself a lot of hassle and expense and buy a physical odb tool.

Be aware it is subscription based app. When you are new user it shows something like one time purchase software and scanner shows all over they page. But apparently there is text in somewhere in small letters that it is subsriction service. They charge you every year money. For my subaru it even did not let erase errors. Total money waste. If you buy it block it immediately future payments. Total waste of money

This app is a fraud! Carly has charged me for the past two years even though I’ve repeatedly emailed them to say I no longer use Carly and want to cancel. I could not find a way to cancel through the app or website. I don't have a car even to use Carly ! Every time I contact support, they say they cannot find my account and tell me to cancel through Google Play. I have never had a Carly subscription through Google Play, and none appears in my account. TERRIBLE APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
