★★★★★ It looks good and useful but sometimes a little confusing. Since it's not used too often, it takes some time to get used to it again.

★★★★★ I started using it many years ago, and it has saved me hundreds of dollars. The customer service is quite helpful and responses are quick. The result can also help me to make a good bargain with mechanics is I cannot do the job.

★★☆☆☆ Watch out for automatic auto-renewal - it's not cheap. I got rid of my car over a year ago and then suddenly they took another years' subscription fee. I contacted them, but they refused a refund stating that auto-renewal was in the small print, and you have to cancel at least 30 days before. Don't get caught out, they're less than helpful!!

★★☆☆☆ Very Disappointed - paid extra for the Toyota customizable features and yet just a couple of months after purchase Carly have disabled the feature. Yes it costs to develop and update for newer models but why disable for existing working models THAT is just taking the P out of the purchasers. They don't refund at all. And I cancelled in Jan 2024 they debited my credit card twice in October 2024 before the cancelled renewal was even due ! 😒 Trust them like a Nigerian 419 scam.
