Description
Carmageddon is the original freeform driving sensation, where pedestrians (and cows!) equal points, and your opponents are a bunch of crazies in a twisted mix of automotive killing machines. The game features anarchic drive-wherever-you-like gameplay and over-the-top surreal comedy violence. It’s the racing game where racing is for wimps.

Carmageddon features real-world environments that have been turned into killing fields, where the locals stay out on the streets at their peril. As well as using your car as a weapon, every level is sprinkled generously with power-ups that have a vast variety of mad effects, adding a whole extra level of craziness to the proceedings. In every event, you have the option to “play it your way”… Waste all your opponents, kill every pedestrian, or (perish the thought) complete all the laps. Oh and watch out – the cops in their super-tough armored patrol vehicles are lurking, and if they catch you being bad they’ll be down on you like several tons of cold pork!

Very much the same as the original PC game. Great experience, easy user controls. When will you release a version for newer Android versions.... I can't install on my current phone :(

Please update this game!!! This is the best version of Armageddon ever released, but I can't download it on any of my current devices because it's been so long since the last update. I don't even need any extra content, just make it playable again, and I would be willing to pay for it again.

GLORIOUS CARNAGE! It's been nearly 30 years since the OG release and the game is still as fun as it was back in 1997! I'm 40 now but each time I launch it I go back to being 13 and giggling non-stop while running over some old ladies and bimbos with a deadly mass of steel on wheels... This Android port is currently my preferred version due to some QOL improvements and accessibility; beats fiddling with PC for sure. Confirmed "working" on Retrod Pocket 4, certified "AWESOME" on a 60" TV! :)

Improved but loyal port. Better resolution and frame rate but the original gameplay is still there. I'll give it a 5 if I can get my game pad to work. 6 years since my original review. Can the owners of this license PLEASE update this to include controller support, splat pack and multiplayer? And release an updated version for all platforms and possibly extra maps/modes. I've probably played this game more than any other mobile game including 100% completion and can't recommend it enough.

Just got a galaxy s25, and it says the game is not compatible with my device. Please fix this! Worked fine on my old phone.

Please update the game to work on Android 14 (Galaxy S23+). The game doesn't even let me install it anymore.
