I've been use this carousel for 5y6m. This app really great for selling and buying and i don't have any issues for now. But for the new update I disagree with the new compulsory minimum selling price which is RM2 cause some of the items for seller listing could possibly be lower thn that price too. And I hope can simplize on how to list item we want to sell cause the new one quite complicated. Other than that this app is great 😁😁 thank you!

Customer service is getting ridiculous resolving complain case. As a seller, one of the buyers purchased product via face to face transaction but unreasonably provided unfair grounds for refund. Without proper checks, carousel placed a ban on my account and receive a reply to please settle it with buyer myself asking seller to provide an exchange/refund/discount of item sold. As a platform provider, this should be handled more professionally than to satisfy only the complainer despite facts

Carousel don't have proper people or experience nor skills in place to detect scammer on board their platform even if you report the red flag of scammer and their activities. All they do is denial of any wrong doing and keep the scammer operating on their platform. So beware you are not protected, and you are at high risk of being conned and cheated of your money. Thanks to poor management Carousel who care less about well-being of subscribers being protected from scammer !

Fake goods in clothing and sneakers section, reported it, but carousel rejected the report. Lol Carousel allows and supports fake goods in their marketplace. Shame
