We went to the park last night & still had the old app on my phone which did not work nor would it update. Talked to a young man working in the park who suggested we use the app. We told him it did not work. He pulled his phone out & showed us the app. It was working. Therefore, we uninstalled the app & reinstalled from the Google Play Store. Logged in fine w/our old email addy & password & boom, everything was there. Season passes, add-ons. New app works great. Navigation is better than before!

App only shows an update message when trying to view wait times or anything on the map. If you tap the message it redirects to a password reset page even if you've just reset your password. Absolutely atrocious app.

I thought there was no way this update would suck as much as the last version of this app. Well, Carotids has finally exceeded my expectations in something. This is worse. The app is almost completely unusable. The app is even metformin managed than the actual park itself. Can't even get my season passes recognized on this update whether I scan or manually type in the codes!

This app has not shown hours, ride wait times, open food restaurants/stands in 2 years for me. The only thing that works properly is saving parking and pulling up my season pass.
