Honestly, if you don't want to go to AutoZone or O'Reilly's, just order off of here. It's simple, easy. Most of the parts are super cheap and affordable and if you put in the make and model of your vehicle it usually pops up the correct things to install. But big reason why I like this app so much is because they had bolts listed as the wrong bolts, and I bought some for 20 bucks got here. It was the wrong bolts and instead of making me send it back they refunded me immediately this app is AWESOME

I've never had issues. Even when I did, it wasn't the company's fault. It was corrected immediately. I don't have the vehicle anymore and yet the vehicle I have now I've come back here to get a part from them yet again happily. If they have it it's well worth getting from them. Best part of all it's easy on the wallet which is great for an ol gal with a fixed income ☺️😉❤️🥰

I have looked everywhere trying to figure out what's wrong with my f150 2000 I bought new ignition lock cylinder with keys (lost original) had locksmith come out to program keys. 200.00 and he couldn't program keys. Ya he kept my 200 had to rent tow dolly another 100. Went to ford dealer that's where I found out the problem. 2000 series has two types of keys, early edition has H72 key with 40 bit chip in keys, later in 2000 ford switched to an 80 bit chip different chips immobilizer ring

Their salesman told me I needed a certain suspension kit, so I bought it, and I had to save to have it put on, and when I got it to the mechanic it was the wrong part, but even though their mechanic is the one that told me what part I needed, they would not take it back because it was ordered longer than 30 days before that. I guess they don't care that people sometimes have to save money to have a part put on, they just want you to spend money with them whether you can use the part or not.

False advertisement. Dismissive customer support. All three of their big promises they won't keep. Parts fit, guaranteed, throw that out the window. Entered all car details in it asked for, still got the wrong part and because I didn't pay extra for "shipping protection," they won't give me a full refund. The part was late and their returns process is a pain in the rear. Customer support was condescending and unhelpful when. The only guarantee you'll see is money your money gone in the wind.

How old are the alternator it's on my car and the alternator is not any good I have reached out to them and nobody bothers to call me or text Me or email me very disappointed do not recommend
