Vehicle Year, Make, model, no specified trim..... I greatly appreciate finally being able to find parts for my vehicle. Which I gave up on 7+ years ago because auto zone & rock auto were a failure at the time. So I was stuck with dealership prices. My only gripe is there is no search level for trim of your vehicle. I purchased a headlight assembly because it said "guarantee fit" & it's still not correct. You have to 1by1 search the trim for your vehicle. Part is available, switch out time.

High prices, astronomical shipping rates. Parts don't fit despite claiming they are an exact match. Returns are a nightmare. Disappointing to see my beloved JC Whitney ruined by this corporate behemoth.

Watch out for shipping date scheme, it will tell you a nice fast arrival date when you are paying them. Then you'll get the notification item shipped but arrival date will be over a week later than stated at time of purchase! So frustrating especially because it's car parts were being lied to about. Not a book or some bs. it's for transportation!! Do better

You lied about the free shipping. And then said, if I got the app, it'd be 5% off plus free. It won. Then, I got a freaking pop-up talking about a twenty dollar discount for cash back for being the first time. Customer and didn't give me the option to pay for all the stuff on my first order with that twenty dollars. And then it would have been the price that you gave me. But that's not what you said to begin with. Without me, having to spend forty-five filling (not enough complaint)

I'm very unhappy of how long it's taking to get car parts I ordered? It uses to only take 2 to 3 days, but now it's 6 to 7 days.

Your ordering system sucks royally. You offer multiple quantities, but upon selecting a quantity of 2 and proceeding to the checkout it reverts the quantity back to 1. This wasn't a 1x thing, so I can only assume that you like to bait and switch to make the consumer have to order mismatched products and pay separate shipping charges. If I could give you a negative rating, I would. This is horrible customer service.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.their customer service is horrible their people are clueless when it comes to ordering parts AND THEY CONSISTENTLY LIE TO U TO TRY TO HIDE THEIR INCOMP ITE NCE and their delivery is even worse. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY U WILL B HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
