I received just what I ordered. I was so happy that I didn't have to return the items. I ordered with ease, and it was the correct part. Everything was just like it was stated. The price was a lot cheaper at carparts than some of the other online companies. I will definitely be ordering again when I need something else.

Honestly, if you don't want to go to AutoZone or O'Reilly's, just order off of here. It's simple, easy. Most of the parts are super cheap and affordable and if you put in the make and model of your vehicle it usually pops up the correct things to install. But big reason why I like this app so much is because they had bolts listed as the wrong bolts, and I bought some for 20 bucks got here. It was the wrong bolts and instead of making me send it back they refunded me immediately this app is AWESOME

I have looked everywhere trying to figure out what's wrong with my f150 2000 I bought new ignition lock cylinder with keys (lost original) had locksmith come out to program keys. 200.00 and he couldn't program keys. Ya he kept my 200 had to rent tow dolly another 100. Went to ford dealer that's where I found out the problem. 2000 series has two types of keys, early edition has H72 key with 40 bit chip in keys, later in 2000 ford switched to an 80 bit chip different chips immobilizer ring

False advertisement. Dismissive customer support. All three of their big promises they won't keep. Parts fit, guaranteed, throw that out the window. Entered all car details in it asked for, still got the wrong part and because I didn't pay extra for "shipping protection," they won't give me a full refund. The part was late and their returns process is a pain in the rear. Customer support was condescending and unhelpful when. The only guarantee you'll see is money your money gone in the wind.

This is the worst place to buy parts from on 3 set of parts ordered everyone was wrong (all parts for a 1991 dodge ram charger) 1st was for the upper control arms, and they sent me 2 left side and not only was wrong size, but it wasn't even for my vehicle 2nd purchased lower control arms and despite showing for my vehicle they were completely for a different vehicle the returned them and it to 18 days to refund one and to date, although they received it with the other it still has not been refu

What sense does it make to have a specified day for a package, order it, and see the parts itemized in the package? Get the bearings two days later, get one strut and a shock. A day later, two more pieces and so on. That was weird, and here's an idea. Pick three facilities in each densely populated city to assemble everything, and send it all at once. Especially suspension work, like that's dumb. I have to look at parts until everything gets here in the package to even start working on the issue
