I was not informed that as a new customer there would be a 9 business day hold on my deposit. This means I had no access to my money for 2 weeks, and they did not feel it was important enough to warrant a phone call.

Always seems like I have to update or says error at the bank always something really set me off at the bank it said in my account that I had my tax refund then I paid a bill off and spent my original balance I had before my tax, so I was left all weekend without money cause the little kid at the bank said on her side it shows 100 bucks mine showed 8000 🤬 😠 GET IT TOGETHER !!!!! SO MAD WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
