Very bad experience, I paid for inspection and choose safe switch option to sell my car. Inspector came and refused to inspect the car and claimed that car is not in GCC spec, simply because there was no Arabic letters in side mirror though it is GCC car based on chesis number and top end car; Mercedes GL Bra bus. They didn't even refund the money I paid.

They charge a 3k commission for "managing" the sale for you, but in reality they do nothing. They just take pics of your car, do a very basic inspection and that's it. They tell you the price you can def sell it for, which in reality is not even close to the market, and they get a 3k commission for not doing anything. Not worth your money.

For last two months I am trying to book different cars for Friday to check in sharjah but always received call and was told that seller is not available yesterday for checking one of my Friend who is trying to sell his car at car switch he is with me and I try to book his car for test drive and I received call that seller is not available though seller is sitting with me, and he is available, and he didn't receive any car from car switch. Its looks like they don't have time to manage customers

I recently had a frustrating experience with Car Switch, which has completely eroded my trust in their services. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle that was advertised as having "No Accidents". However, after scheduling an appointment and inspecting the car in person, it became clear that the listing was misleading-the vehicle had multiple accident histories and had been repainted. They also charge a huge admin fee from the buyer, I was asked to pay 599 for a car worth only 27000!
