Carve: Shikaku Puzzle

Carve is a Shikaku puzzle game built on one promise: every puzzle has exactly one solution, and you never have to guess.

Divide the grid into rectangles. Each rectangle must contain exactly one number, and cover exactly that many cells. That's the whole rule — the depth comes from the logic.

WHY CARVE IS DIFFERENT

Most rectangle-puzzle apps ship puzzles with multiple valid answers, and hints that just reveal a cell. Carve doesn't. Every single puzzle — all 250 campaign levels, every daily, every endless board — is verified by a solver to have exactly one solution. If you're stuck, it's never the puzzle's fault. A hint shows you which clue has a forced move and explains the deduction — "only one rectangle of this size can still cover that cell" — so you learn to see it yourself next time. Made a wrong move?
