Once saved, each badge appears on the Rack screen, visually hanging in its correct time block just like a physical badge board. Tap any badge to instantly mark someone as checked in and open the edit screen to update details if needed. Checked‑in badges display upright with a distinct look, while unfilled or unchecked slots tilt slightly so you can spot who’s on duty at a glance. The Openings tab lists every unfilled hook slot by role and time, with a single-tap Fill button that pre-fills the badge form so you can quickly assign volunteers on the fly. A clean dashboard above the rack shows live counters: the total number of badges on duty, remaining openings, and the last three people who checked in. Tap the openings counter to jump directly to a prefilled form, making last‑minute coverage effortless. The Log tab keeps a searchable record of every badge you’ve created, with volunteer names, roles, and shift times in reverse chronological order. Long‑press any entry in the log to delete a badge when plans change or a volunteer cancels. All your badge data is stored securely on your device, so the app works reliably without an internet connection or account setup—perfect for busy event sites. The four bottom tabs are styled as rugged carabiner clips with colored webbing, making navigation feel tactile and instantly recognizable even while you’re moving.
