Your app is undeniably powerful and user-friendly, but there’s a critical opportunity to improve the timing synchronization between the tramway/bu sway station displays and the app’s real-time updates. Currently, users are experiencing significant discrepancies between the arrival/departure times shown in the app and those displayed at the physical stations. This inconsistency can lead to confusion, missed buses, and reduced trust in the app’s reliability.

This app is pretty useless for now, and it needs A LOT of improvement. They should add more map features as: places, bus lines, railways, parks, etc. The design is also so dull, but it is easy to use. Also, why don't they integrate the tramway lines in Google Maps? It would be more helpful!

Many stations mentioned in the app are not functional which makes people lost and confused. The app suggests getting off the tramway at Abdallah Benchrif station to get into the bu sway BW2 but in reality you should get off a station earlier.
