★★★★★ Been using the app for 2 months, works great! Streams steadily, program menus work well. Not sure why many reviewers mention difficulties. Perhaps they don't have a KCTS passport? Viewing is restricted to KCTS passport accounts and in compliance with PBS viewing area restrictions.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to install KTS9 app on Lenovo Chromebook (similar to ipad size), but it downloaded only to cell phone size and did not fit to screen. Cannot find any instructions/options to "fit to screen" and I am not tech-savy to fix, nor want to watch on a small cell phone square in the middle of the screen, so why does this not automatically fit once installed? Only option was to uninstall till options for different sizes available or fixed in the download to "fit to screen".

★★☆☆☆ The new app is even worse than the old app. I uninstalled it. No landscape orientation on my tablet. Slow to load. Font so huge that only part of the page fits on my screen. Still hard to search for shows. I'll revert to watching in my browser.

★★☆☆☆ It's not free. I thought I would love to watch as I am a history buff but when I went to play I had to join when having to join you cannot watch absolutely anything unless you make a donation monthly if $5 or more. Unfortunately that is mainly blackmail. Advertised no in-app purchases yet if you want to watch anything they force you to donate monthly more than $5, so you can watch. It pays to tell people up front if you want to watch a donation (purchase) to them is required.

★★☆☆☆ Works on pixel6 & 3a, quits to desktop on my tablet. This app needs work. Interestingly, on the tablet I can continue a video started on one of the pixels. Is casting working with this app? If not why not? Hope the app can be fixed - I really do enjoy PBS.
