There's too many ads when you're trying to view your case status. But other than that it's good for keeping track of your cases

It's a good app to have all your applications in one place. It helps to not have to put your credentials and go through 2FA every time you want to check the status, especially if you have multiple accounts. The 3/5 score is because it appears to not update in real time, or even within a reasonable time-frame. One of my cases closed 12 days ago, the app still shows the previous status despite refreshing it. It also took 6 days to update when that previous status was reached. Just keep that in mind

Why have a plus option if you get nothing from it? I paid the plus fee, just got rid of all, excessive, ads. The plus option still shows only the same information I get from the USCIS website. I feel like I burned my money for nothing. Useless App, would be ZERO stars if I could.

App tracker does not update the case even on uscis website is update. Now the app has lot of ADs every time you refresh it's always show AD but not update the case. Basically, it's just show ads without update the case status.

Downloaded to keep track of case paid the plus subscription but when checking only shows what I already know and if I want to change to pro I can't????. I'll wait a couple of days if nothing changes I'll cancel....
