Doesn't export to Dropbox, Google drive, or sdcard or email since I changed phone to galaxy S21 (no onboard sdcard) I've emailed the developer 3 times,. No response

I purchased the app. The database of app can't be backup to phone as well as can't be uploaded to Dropbox. It has bugs. I emailed about the issue with my detail device information, no one reply yet. Waiting for reply more than a month now.

App used to work, it is now junk! The ability to send reports to your email no longer functions. The support staff still haven't replied to my request to fix this, absolute junk. Do not use this application, it clearly is no longer stable & trustworthy for reports.
