I mistakenly transferred 21400 to cash run max on d 7th, I made a review concerning this last week, a lady chatted me, from their customer service, she asked me to delete my review that the money will be refunded, I deleted the review but guess wat she no longer respond to my messages and the money has not been refund to me, so I went back to the app and borrowed money from max and pro 10,700 each =21400, cash run use the 21400 to balance up the loan for max and pro, but dey refuse.

Worse loan app ever I borrowed 4000 they gave me 2500 which was half of what I was supposed to get, like I was supposed to get 4000 not 2500, and then they told me to pay back 4500 they came to my dm urging me to payback money that I did not get like what rubbish see don't even bother using this app I read the term and conditions they didn't inform me that they will deduct half of my loan and expect me to pay in full, they could have at least informed me and I won't have borrowed rubbish people
