But sometimes I can't play my games and IOUs says that I need to play your game with the if you have Wi-Fi isn't on but IOUs are lying to me because I do have Wi-Fi on my phone

Can we keep our Levels after buying a new device? PS Daily Challenge issues still continue. When I have to play game after game over and over because the system says that I haven't played that Daily Challenge, I'm just tired of this add grabbing behavior. This happens on ALL Mobility Ware games. Developers don't seem interested in addressing the problem. I find there are more enjoyable games to play too!!! Also, a game should be based on skill not guess work.
