Love the game alot of lagging. That is why I quit playing about ten years ago. My game just up and froze. Waiting for it to happen again.

Just to add to what I posted back in 2021, I noticed that it takes this game a while (to me) to load up. Sometimes I may not have a long time to pay this game and just want to check in by the time it loads I'm out of the notion to play it. I'm just saying. My game freezes/ pauses a lot for no reason.

I have a brand new expensive phone and this game isn't compatible for my phone. I think that totally sucks!

Game crashes frequently, especially during events, which then makes you lose your points, progress, gems, etc. When you do reach out to support, they are rude and basically blame everything on the player instead of just fixing the game itself. It takes approximately 3 to 5 mins for the game to load if it even loads. I have played this game for around 10 years or more, so I hate to delete it. The game developers can surely do better!
