Brilliant app. I love the improvement. It's a lot smoother, less buggy, and overall, a cleaner and fresher look, especially the account section. I'm happy. The prices are fairly competitive. Could be a bit cheaper though

Can't log in and password restoration doesn't work, I'm not receiving any emails. Edit: my fault, actually, I was under impression I'd have an account, but looks like it was deactivated, so I registered again.

Castorama – 1.5/5 This app is just a clunky catalog viewer, not a real shopping tool. It’s poorly managed, hard to navigate, and feels like a forced attempt to make every customer use an app they don’t need. Constant, useless notifications only make the experience worse. Instead of improving convenience, it adds frustration. If you’re looking for a smooth and helpful shopping experience, this isn’t it. Better to just use a web browser.

English support doesn’t exist. The app looks like it’s in English, but all help is only in Polish. Chat support refused to help me unless I used Polish. Phone support is useless — long waits, calls drop, no real help. If your order is wrong due to their mistake, good luck fixing it. Worst customer service. Shame on you, Castorama. I’ll escalate this to EU consumer protection.

Very weak user experience Pure functions an error appeared during the purchase (wystąpił błąd when I have paid by blik) I don't think will use app if it will not improve
