This app is terrible. It won't load most of the time. Chatham Area Transit should just use the Transit app for real-time info. They already use the Transit app for paying fares. Why can't they use it for real-time info as well??

This app is a BAD JOKE. I try to create an account, I'm told account already exists. So I tell it I lost my password, it emails me a new password. I try to use the new password, and I'm told incorrect email, THE ONE I JUST GOT THE NEW PASSWORD AT.

Unfortunately it is a poorly designed app. Real-time bus location is sporadic and hard to get back to once you are able to get it working. Seems like a cookie cutter app that didn't get properly coordinated with the CAT system.

Horrendously bad design. Confusing to use. Spent 15–20 minutes trying to figure out how to get from point A to point B where I am on the map finally just gave up. It's designed from a route first mindset. I don't know what the routes are, I only know where I'm at and where I'm trying to go.
