It's so nice not having to worry about cleaning the litter box and the text messages let me know they are using the litter box.

We did have initial issues setting it up and connecting, had to call customer support to get a code (it didn't tell us that anywhere in the setup book). We did have a drainage issue as well, finally took the advice of others and found the shaker settings in the app and turned that on. Works great, just getting the last cat of three to use the box. Love the app, just wish we could mark the diary for which cat used the box. Not any used to add your cats to the app if you can't assign them.

So far no issues at all with the app or the control panel like other posts. I would like to see an option to completely stop the cleaning cycle (rather than just pausing), so that I could restart a fresh cycle. The issue that I have had is I am constantly getting *error 3,drainage error*. It is so frustrating bc I get this message at least once a week. And I am having to take the whole thing apart and clean it and put it back together. Needs better drainage design. Pls fix!

I've had a cat genie for 11 or 12 years now, and most of the time- I love my cat genie. Sometime during 2021 I got a second machine, and was excited because this was the new model, which upgraded features. However, I was forced to download this app in order to receive any notifications for errors or empty cartridges. The app has never worked for me since purchasing the new model earlier this year.

I open the app and can't do anything in it. No matter what I try to click on it just does nothing, just stays on the home screen. I can't even get to the device page to turn off auto cycles, so I can run a maintenance cycle. Super frustrating

It doesn't work. It won't let me connect the cat genie to my Wi-Fi Edit: it works now, but it still sucks cat turd
