I love the Cat Genie app! It's always nice to know what's going on with my Cat Genie self-cleaning litter box. It helps me keep an eye on how many times my cat uses the litter box, how many cleaning cycles that are left and if there is a problem.

We did have initial issues setting it up and connecting, had to call customer support to get a code (it didn't tell us that anywhere in the setup book). We did have a drainage issue as well, finally took the advice of others and found the shaker settings in the app and turned that on. Works great, just getting the last cat of three to use the box. Love the app, just wish we could mark the diary for which cat used the box. Not any used to add your cats to the app if you can't assign them.

At this point I'm content with saying they have no intention of fixing the issue with this app. They however are content with stealing our money on this product and wasting our time. I would not recommend cat genie to my worst enemy.

Wow what a terrible app. Got a new phone and now neither the old nor old phone would connect. Yikes, might not have invested in car genie, if I knew about this app. People, beware!!

It doesn't work. It won't let me connect the cat genie to my Wi-Fi Edit: it works now, but it still sucks cat turd
