Comments on Cathay Malls for Android

★★★★☆ Truth 6th · Oct 27, 2020

Unable to open purchase voucher page Edit: bug fixed

★☆☆☆☆ Hwee Sim Tan · Oct 9, 2020

This app really needs improvement. Its user unfriendly to buy Vouchers, gifting and redeem too. Instructions are not clear.

★☆☆☆☆ Anna Chen · May 1, 2021

The app keeps crashing, and I am unable to upload the receipt image. Tried multiple times all day and even reinstalled. How are we stopped to redeem points and vouchers if the app is so unstable?

★☆☆☆☆ Jianxing Zeng · Jul 3, 2021

I cannot even get past the sms verification page. Something is wrong with your backend!

★☆☆☆☆ Wee Kiong Tan · Dec 21, 2023

Snap receipt at times will reload the app on submit. When filling in the receipt details, it defaults to The Cathay and cannot change to Cine leisure. This app usage is frustrating. It does not allow you to check in history if it's submitted or not. You got to keep receipts forever till you see it's in the app. Wait, they will reject after 24 h if it fails to submit without you knowing.
