So frustrating!, it keeps logging me out then it won't let me log back in unless I keep changing my password!

App keeps crashing. I never got to complete a single workout despite trying on multiple platforms. Customer support were VERY quick to assert that no refunds are given despite non-functionality. They told me they had no issues at their end (no help to me as I am not AT their end). I sent screenshots proving the problems. They were unable to offer anything further beyond telling me to check I had the latest version of the app (I did). Please don't buy. Save your money. This is a terrible app.

Searching for a workout ois a nightmare. As soon as I click the search it closes the app. I have to then uninstall and install again and keep doing that again until it works

It worked okayish for first 6 months. Paid to subscribe another 6 months. Constantly stops and spools in the middle of workouts. 30-min workouts take an hour. I've gone through all the various IT steps to fix, competitor's apps are completely fine, so it's not user error. It's a shame, I love her workouts, but the app team seems incompetent.
