I don't what happen, but my phone never froze before there are times that my phone rings and I can't answer, what's the reason for this? Is it because the update? I went to cricket store and asked about the new update I was told my phone was fine and didn't have to buy a new one unless I wanted one So what's the deal

I did never have issues with this app before till today; it freezes up on me after several restarts I give up I very disappointed. Hopefully your tech team can figure this bug that is causing it to freeze and fixed it.
