I love this game, but it won't connect to the internet to watch ads or save progress, so if you install on other devices, or have to clear the data or uninstall/reinstall, you start all over. Of course, it will connect to the server to make purchases for add-ons, events though 🙄 Update: Still won't allow you to watch ads, etc. Daily diamonds' envelope for disappears if you don't click on it first thing when you open the app, so then you miss out that day 😒 Worst part is no way to contact them

From what I've seen with the replies from the developer responses, the dev(s) do not care for your problems. Don't bother downloading the game because the responses are automated bots and will not fix your problems. That's a red flag right there and this type of game is best avoided.

I adore this game! Love it so much! The only problem is the coupon codes that I get in notifications never work :/ edit: I don't remember playing this before, but it's actually awful. 1. it tells you to name the butler, not saying that it's YOU, and you can't change the name after. 2. can only watch so many ads before you HAVE to buy ad-skip coupons. 3. the "tutorial" is terrible, just flashing a paw in your face. 4. they shove so many purchases and ad-options into your face. no, thanks.
