Cats are Liquid - A Light in the Shadows is a minimalist 2D platformer about a liquid cat, locked in a world she doesn't quite understand, trying to get out.
The core of your movement is simple: move, jump, and climb, with your ability to turn into liquid allowing you to squeeze through tight spaces and dash across the rooms at high speeds.
As you play, you'll discover abilities which let you interact with the world in new ways. Break down walls and float high above the obstacles, all while mastering the skill of moving like a liquid cat.
The further you progress, the closer you'll be to discovering the true purpose of these rooms. Will you ever get out?

This was the first cats are liquid I played (I played them backwards lol- like 1. Alits 2. Abp) This is nostalgic! I love how after you delete this game, the progress won't disappear, so you can still play no matter what! Pls maybe add a 3rd game! I really lived and loved this game!!!

One of the greatest games I've ever played so far, the story is deep and the ads are close to non-existent, I also like the extra levels you unlock at the end.

Blah blah blah deep story it's so painfully slow to get through, and I'm convinced the flight ability was added to pan out the run time because every so often there's a section where there's spikes on both walls, and you have to use the slow flight ability to painfully go up if you care about the story go watch a YouTube video and as 3-1 says 0/10 would not recommend

As the other 1-star reviews say. The story is absolutely garbage and level difficulty is random. The game is about trapping a cat in a torture dungeon, giving it superpowers to make the cat happy and submissive then attacks its phobias and rips away the powers making the cat miserable again. And then the story is about "loss is hard" as if it didn't force the loss. And honestly the core game isn't fun it would've been better if cats weren't liquid.
