- Finish with stanine results across every domain and a clear pass/fail verdict
- Every run is saved so you can track your progress
- Pass Guarantee: pass the Simulator for your role, sit your CBAT, and if you don't pass we refund your subscription in full

20 FULL PRACTICE TESTS

Numerical & Reasoning, Spatial & Navigation, Memory/Attention/Perception and Psychomotor & Multitasking — from Airborne Numerical (free) and Numerical Operations to Instrument Comprehension, Situational Awareness, Trace, Cognitive Updating and FLAG.

PJFT READY — TAILORED FITNESS PLANS

Selection isn't just the aptitude tests. PJFT Ready builds a training plan around your test date and available days, using verified RAF and Royal Navy standards, and tracks every run. Included with a subscription and the Aircrew Pass Programme, or available as a one-off unlock.

INTERVIEW PREP: SHINE, OASC & AIB

Passing the tests gets you to the interviews — now rehearse all three out loud. SHINE (Filter) comes first: one recruiter over Teams, all about you. OASC is the RAF's main board: two officers who interrupt and drill down through motivation, your role, the RAF, NATO and air power, with a pass-probability debrief. New for the Royal Navy: AIB — a timed, spoken mock of the Admiralty Interview Board's Pre-Recorded Interview, with a written debrief and indicative score. Study material for all three is free; the mock interviews are sold separately in packs of 5 (OASC and AIB share one pack) and aren't part of the subscription.
