The app is average. However, after a year of using it, the CBDinvestr is now requiring clients to open a bank account as well with CBD stating a policy change. Who knows what other policy changes will they come up with in the future. Having accounts in other banks, it's just too many accounts to look after. Will need to reconsider the CBDinvestr

The application is too bad，neither can log in nor showing the portfolio in key timekeeper meet such bad software. Lead to you can't sell or buy shares

Unfortunately, they require one to have CBD bank account even though the app 1st mentions any UAE account asking for IBAN but at the last stage doesn't proceed without a CBD account. Digital bank account opening with their other mentions keeping a minimum AED 5,000 or a fee of AED 105 otherwise. So in short, I need to redo account opening process on this investor app again if I don't have a CBD account already active.

I have a problem, cannot access my account, it keeps loading, and I am concern of my life savings been added into this account, app is just loading and I cannot tell you how frustrated I am, cannot access the market and I have contacted CBD regarding this issue and still no resolve, my time is precious in the market and require a prompt response to this issue, why is there no focus been giving to this app since a lot of investors invest money not to lose money, the service is poor, req feedback
