This is a really good app and easy to use, my only problem is that why is it that we can't make special requests on order for example if I order the pot roast with gravy why can't I request it without the gravy, I have to pick up the phone and call the company and speak to one of the Representatives. So that's the reason why I'm giving you a 4-star review oh and also when will there be a change on the menu, tired of seeing and ordering the same food over.👍👍👍👍

Good but it needs 2 options. 1. Save the password so you can auto login when you open the app or enable phones biometrics. 2. Enable editing of your order. Currently, you need to cancel the existing order and start again if you want to change one or two items. You need to manually add milk to tea and coffee in a separate menu option. You need to add butter, spreads in a separate menu option to bread. Same with salad dressing. Put em together with their corresponding items

PERFECT APP FOR ORDERING ALL DAILY MEALS, ANY STAFF THAT CAN HELP WHEN REQUESTED AT EITHER CAMPUS OF THE ROYAL MELBOURNE HOSPITAL / IF I EVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT, HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A FANTASTIC HELP.

Easily the worst user interface I have ever used. Forces a full login every time it's opened, refuses to allow you to save login info. And God forbid you ever accidentally touch the back button, you're logged out instantly. Bear in mind this app is intended for HOSPITAL PATIENTS to order their meals - NO sensitive data is exchanged. Once logged in, when you select the meal you need, instead of opening the options for that meal the app defaults to whatever the 1st items are. Google cutoff. 😤

If you are a patient trying to order food through this app, you'll likely die of hunger. If you are friend/ family member using this app, you'll end up becoming mental patient trying to use this app.

I can't get this to work. I keep getting the message that the hospital login is not available.
