Commercial Bank Mobile Banking uses state of the art security measures. We have added new security measures in the app’s latest version in line with Qatar Central Bank’s regulations. For our users’ convenience, we have provided an option on screen to enter a mobile number if they have trouble receiving the SMS, this can be an international number.

The new CBsafe ID feature introduced within the Mobile App provides additional security protecting customers from fraudulent calls.
Using the CBQ Mobile App, you will be able to identify legitimate calls from the Bank, ensure caller authenticity and reduce the chances of fraudsters gaining access to your information.
