★★☆☆☆ Updated my app on 3/28 after putting it off for a while. Now the app just opens to a white screen and will not load anything. Please fix! It was working before this last update.

★★☆☆☆ It tells me my login info is not correct and will not let me log in. I can only log in on the internet. My login information is correct.

★★☆☆☆ It's very limited in functionality. I can view my account's transactions and I can photo deposit checks, but I can't do anything about fraud status or debit card status or hold auto payments when I'm in a pinch. When a debit card is deactivated automatically because of a false fraud alert I can't do anything about that through the app I have to wait for operating hours to talk to someone and that's a pain when you're waiting at a grocery checkout unable to pay and holding up the line.

★★☆☆☆ WARNING! WARNING! ....IF YOU HAVE AN LG PHONE! DON'T USE THIS APP! The HOMETOWN crooks won't refund any bounced check fees because this app don't alert you your account is low, and it won't log you into the website either! Then the asset. Manager at Carthage branch laughed and said when asked, quote: "yeah, I think it's funny. I ask if disabled persons losing their money was funny to her? Other employees like Shelly a teller heard her say it. Boo, shame. Nate at 32nd was just as uncaring. Boo CBT Boo
