Pair two Android devices and watch the live feed from both cameras of the phone set as "camera". Match two devices, go to camera page and disconnect Internet. This app doesn't require Internet for watching the camera! Although, both phones must be connected to the same network (LAN/wireless). Battery percentage of the "Camera Phone" is shown with live stream, too. In order to use CCTV Droid to match two Android devices, one as camera and one as monitor: 1. Make sure both devices are connected to Internet. Run the app and select one of the options for each device to be: a) as "monitor" b) as "camera" 2. Enter the given code from one device to another. 3. The app automatically starts showing the camera of one device on the other device. 4. If both devices are connected to the same Wifi network, you can disconnect the internet.
In order to use CCTV for Telegram: 1. Run the app, 2. Click on the blue button (connect to Telegram), 3. In new Page, copy the given code. Then open Telegram and send the code to the Telegram bot addressed there (T.me/CCTVCAMERA1BOT). 4. Now your device is paired with your Telegram. You can request photos and videos to be taken by the phone using Telegram on your PC or other phones.

Ok. I'm reediting my rating and review. The bot is working perfectly. I'm giving 4 stars because dev doesn't provide much functionality and the recording limit is really short. Approximately 5 second only. It could be better if they can produce a setting for us to choose how long the recording session should be. My friends and I are looking for update and hopefully dev can make this but better than the others. Such as able to add this bot into a private group for mass monitoring of privat cctv.
