CCTV Phone to Phone

CCTV Phone to Phone helps you turn one Android phone into a local CCTV camera and watch the live stream from another phone. It works over the same Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot, making it useful for simple home monitoring, baby room check-ins, pet watching, desk monitoring, and reusing an old phone as a secondary camera.

Use Camera Mode on one device to start the stream, then open Viewer Mode on another device to watch it. You can connect quickly with a QR code or enter the local stream address manually.

Key features:
• Phone-to-phone live video streaming over a local network
• Works on Wi-Fi or hotspot without account setup
• Use one phone as a camera and another as a viewer
• QR code connection for faster setup
• Switch between front and back cameras
• Flash control on supported devices
• Adjustable video quality and frame rate
• Save snapshots to your device
• Connection history and recent stream links
• Simple setup for spare phones and everyday monitoring

This app is designed for local viewing between your own devices. It is not a cloud storage service or a remote internet surveillance platform. Stream quality and latency can vary depending on your phone hardware, Android version, camera support, and network conditions.

If you want a practical local IP camera style app for Android, CCTV Phone to Phone gives you a simple way to monitor a room, check on a pet, or view another phone’s camera feed from a second device.
