For being the new app it isn't bad, definitely a lot more options and control, but the UI feels a lot more cluttered, less straightforward. I get that more control could lead to such, but still, as a personal preference, I'll give it a 4.

The double authentication they use makes it a nightmare for doing business with more than one person accessing it. And in the information section you have to click on links rather than just have the information displayed under the account or loan. Really prefer the previous app.

I miss the old app this one freezes or takes awhile to load. I feel it's cluttered I have to click into things to see anything
