I use this app once a month to check my credit card balance to pay it off. Their password policy is to change password every 30 days. So I'm forced to change my password each time I use it. And the password reset itself has 50% chance of working. So best of luck with it. The support staff is clueless about fixing problems for you. I got a call to assit with resetting my password 1 week AFTER I solved the issue myself.
